Dr. Edwin is an expert in technology, licensing, and venture funding with extensive experience in wireless communications, AI, cloud computing, IoT, electronic devices, and advanced software platforms — a hands-on coder who builds prototypes for many of the products developed at his incubator and is well versed in code reviews and hardware/software audits.

Dr. Hernandez earned a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from the Costa Rica Institute of Technology, and an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
