Blue Radios v. KOPIN
In the Expert Witness World, my client Blue Radios obtain a final judgement in Colorado, as shown by KOPIN’s press release:
“This court order marks a significant reduction in damages versus the jury recommendations and denies BlueRadios’ unfounded request for an injunction, affirming there is no risk to current or future customer orders. We continue to believe however that this monetary judgment is unsupported and at odds with governing law. We look forward to filing our appeal and resolving this issue as we continue our strategic and global growth initiatives,” stated Michael Murray, Kopin’s Chief Executive Officer.
As shown by KOPIN’s stock price, it has recovered the value from last April 2024 when it drooped to $0.75c to $2.70 as of September 2025, a good come back but still far from $10/share
However, a $19.7M award was affirmed by the judge in Colorado, which KOPIN will apparently appeal.
TOT Power Control v. NOKIA, Ericsson, et.al.
TOT Power Control is one of my clients that I have helped with code reviews and other tasks.

TOT legal achievement includes success verdicts against Apple.
In a significant legal victory, the legal team representing TOT Power Control SL (“TOT”), led by Hausfeld LLP and co-counsel Bunsow De Mory LLP, has successfully secured a jury verdict award of over $110.7 million in damages against Apple Inc. for patent infringement. On June 30, the Delaware federal jury found that Apple’s wireless chips, used in iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches, infringed on TOT’s patented technology related to the 3G wireless standard.
Now, attorneys and experts are preparing for final stages against NOKIA, Ericsson, AT&T, and T-Mobile. As shown, Judge Albright has signed Claim Construction order for the case on September 18th, 2025.
