As a co-founder of Mobility Workx, LLC is glad to share that  we reached a settlement agreement that successfully licensed Edwin’s patents—U.S. Patent Nos. 7,231,330, 8,213,417, and 7,697,508—to industry giants DISH Wireless, Samsung, Nokia, Ericsson, Dish Wireless/Boost Mobile, Charter Communications/Spectrum Mobile, Apple and/or T-Mobile.  For some of these giants, these landmark agreements resolves ongoing litigation filed in the Eastern District

Source: RPX Corp Report Summary Mobility Workx, LLC, a company I co-founded with my patents,  is suing big tech companies like Cisco, Ericsson, Nokia, and Samsung for patent infringement. Mobility Workx claims these companies are using technology covered by their patents, which are about managing resources on wireless networks and simulating mobile networks.  This isn’t the first time they’ve done this.
