My Client “TOT Power Control” wins $110M award against Apple

TOT Power Control owners and inventor, Alvaro and Miguel met with me in Madrid back in 2023 to discuss how to work on their infringement case. EGLA and myself worked with their team of attorneys conducting claim construction analysis and code reviews for the case in Texas and assisted also Delaware’s team with several issues regarding 3G and OLPC.
